Meet Lindsey
Lindsey A. Flaherty focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, community association law, family law, representing children as a guardian ad litem and traffic matters. Ms. Flaherty grew up in Roanoke, Virginia. She graduated from Lord Botetourt High School, then received her B.A. from Mary Washington College in 2000. She received her J.D. from Appalachian School of Law in 2008. During Law School, Ms. Flaherty served as an intern with Justice Cynthia Kinser of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Upon graduation, Ms. Flaherty served as a law clerk for the 4th Judicial Circuit Court in Norfolk, Virginia. Ms. Flaherty practiced law in the South Hampton Roads area for 9 years before returning to her hometown of Roanoke, Virginia.
